Soluyanov Dmitry Yuryevich

Born April 1, 1971 in the city of Nizhnekamsk.

In 1994 he graduated from Moscow power engineering Institute (technical University)

majoring in "Power supply for industrial enterprises in cities and agriculture".

In 2000 he graduated from Taganrog State Radio Engineering University with a degree in Jurisprudence.

He began his career in 1993.
