Kurbatov Konstantin 

Born may 29, 1973 in the city of Zhigulevsk Kuibyshev region.
In 1998, he received a diploma from the Kazan Academy of Architecture and Construction with a specialty in "Production of building materials, products and structures.".
He began his career in 1989 as a concrete worker. He worked as a foreman, engineer, chief engineer, since 2009 – Deputy General Director.
Honorary diploma of Ministry of regional development, diploma of Nizhnekamsk municipal district of RT.
