The design management
The design unit of TATEM JSC brings together specialists from Kazan and Moscow. The department develops solutions for power engineering, industry, residential and civil construction, metro systems and urban electric transport.
Complex of design works
Power supply and substations
Design of power supply for industrial enterprises, substations up to 220 kV, overhead and cable lines of 6-10 kV, relay protection and automation.
Building engineering systems
Internal electric lighting, power equipment for residential and public buildings, outdoor lighting, AIISKUE systems and related engineering sections.
Metro, depots and electric transport
Power supply for metro stations, depots, tram lines, traction substations, contact networks and 10 kV cable lines for urban transport infrastructure.
Design within one integrated workflow
Solutions are developed with the experience of installers and commissioning engineers in mind. This helps adjust documentation faster on site and reduces the risk of implementation delays.
Implemented projects:
- Industrial facilities: GPP-2, GPP-3 and GPP-5 main step-down substations, district heating and industrial heating water stations, and the electrical part of Hydrocracking Unit No. 2 at the TANECO refining and petrochemical complex in Nizhnekamsk.
- Enterprises and reconstruction: projects for Kazanorgsintez PJSC, Nizhnekamsk Carbon Black Plant JSC, Nizhnekamskshina PJSC, Chelnyvodokanal CJSC, Tekhstroy CJSC, Kalashnikov Concern, TogliattiAzot and other customers.
- Subways: combined transformer substations for the Kazan Metro stations Kozya Sloboda, Yashlek, Severny Vokzal, Aviastroitelnaya and Dubravnaya; automation of electromechanical devices at the Alabinskaya station of the Samara Metro.
- The Moscow metro traction step-down substations for Lesoparkovaya, Bitsevsky Park, Govorovo, Solntsevo, Borovskoye Shosse, Novoperedelkino, Rasskazovka, Nizhegorodskaya, Stakhanovskaya, Okskaya Ulitsa, Yugo-Vostochnaya, Tekstilshchiki, Pechatniki, Nagatinsky Zaton, Klenovy Bulvar and Ulitsa Narodnogo Opolcheniya stations..
- Electric depot Mitino, Likhobory and Yuzhnoye depots in the areas of electrical engineering solutions, automatic electric drive systems, ASDU-E and AIISKUE.
- Urban electric transport: track, traction substation, contact network, 10 kV cable line and dispatching system for the Yuzhnaya tram line in Nizhnekamsk; a project for tram line development in the north-eastern part of Naberezhnye Chelny.
