Higher education – graduated from the Kazan State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 1996.

He began his career in 1985 as an electrician, foreman, section manager, leading engineer,

chief engineer of the installation department, head of the installation department (2002), deputy general director (since June 2023)
