According to PostanovlenieI Of the Cabinet of Ministers of RT from 03.04.2020, No. 252  (with reference to paragraph.4, p/p «ж» The Decree Of The President Of The Russian Federation from 2 April 2020 № 239 "On measures on ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population on the territory of the Russian Federation in connection with the distribution of new KORenvirosell infection (COVID-19)» action The Decree Of The President Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan does not apply to the construction organization, organizations engaged in production of construction materials.  

In this regard, Joint-stock company "TATELECTROMONTAZH" continues to operate on construction sites of the Republic of Tatarstan.
