Providing information
JSC Tatelektromontazh in accordance with Item No.s 89 and 91 of the Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies", clause 60 of the Company's Charter is obliged to provide the Company's shareholders with access to documents.
JSC TATEM is obliged, at the request of persons entitled to access documents, to provide them with copies of these documents. The fee charged by the Company for providing these copies cannot exceed the cost of their production.
Access to documents (issuance of copies of documents) is made upon presentation of an appropriate request drawn up in any written form addressed to the General Director. The request indicates the surname, name and patronymic of the person applying (for a legal entity - name and location), the number and type (category) of shares owned by him and the name of the requested document, type of request (to familiarize himself with documents and (or) obtain copies of documents). The shareholder who submitted the request has the right to submit an extract from the register of owners of registered securities confirming his ownership of shares of the Company.
The cost of 1 sheet of a copy of a document is 3.50 rubles. (excluding postage costs)
