In August 1969, the decision was made to build the KAMAZ plant complex. The Tatelektromontazh trust became one of the key contractors, while ChMU became the production base for large-scale electrical installation work in Naberezhnye Chelny and the Zakamsk region.
Key stages of development
Delivery of phases I and II of the KAMAZ automobile plant. Almost all electrical installation work at sites in Naberezhnye Chelny was carried out by us.
Construction of a metallurgical mill 2000 (Cherepovets).
Construction of the famous truck tire plant in Nizhnekamsk.

The pulp and paper mill in Naberezhnye Chelny, petrochemical facilities in Nizhnekamsk, Tatneft PJSC and the Kazan Organic Synthesis Plant.
Rostselmash facilities in Rostov, the Krasny Oktyabr metallurgical plant in Volgograd, the Volzhsky Pipe Plant and the plant in Stary Oskol.
The Ammoniy JSC complex in Mendeleevsk, reconstruction of the Emergency Hospital, metro stations in Moscow and Kazan, its own workshop and four production sections.
From large KAMAZ construction projects to modern NKNK facilities
ChMU combines the experience of large industrial construction projects with an existing production base, its own sites, special equipment and a strong reputation as a reliable electrical installation contractor.

Garipov Ilnur Ilyasovich
Head of Department
Ilnur Ilyasovich Garipov heads the Chelny Installation Department and manages its production structure: four line sections, an installation prefabrication shop, the chief mechanic’s department, a mechanization section and a fleet of special equipment.
Under the department’s management, work is performed at NKNK PJSC industrial sites in Nizhnekamsk and other facilities in the Zakamsk region.
Khamitov Andrey Viktorovich
Head of the department since 2014
Born in 1974, he graduated from Samara Technical University. He has worked in the Tatelektromontazh trust since 1996, progressing from foreman to head of department. In 2009, he was awarded a certificate of honor from the Ministry of Regional Development.
