The Kazan Commissioning Department has been operating since 1966. The division performs adjustment, testing, service support, inspection, measurements and preparation of electrical equipment for safe operation at construction, reconstruction and overhaul sites.
What KPNU Does
KPNU covers the full cycle of preparing electrical equipment for operation: commissioning, service, inspection, preventive testing, measurements and engineering support for complex electrical systems.
Adjustment of electrical equipment, automation systems and instrumentation at new construction, reconstruction and overhaul sites.
Service maintenance, repair, inspection and technical condition checks of electrical equipment before start-up or after modernization.
Diagnostic measurements, preventive tests and monitoring of electrical installation parameters using test equipment.
Engineering support, analysis of test results, preparation of recommendations and operational support for complex electrical systems.
Laboratories and Production Base
KPNU is equipped with modern measuring instruments, test equipment and mobile high-voltage electrical laboratories.
The department includes five commissioning sections that handle tasks at industrial, energy and infrastructure facilities.
The section calibrates and repairs the department measuring instruments and test equipment.
The division develops, manufactures and implements mobile and stationary test benches for commissioning works.

An engineer and graduate of Kazan State Power Engineering University. He has worked in the Kazan Commissioning Department since 2003, growing within the division and specializing in adjustment, testing and technical support of electrical equipment.
