KMU-2 was established in 1961 with the start of construction of the Kazan Chemical Plant, now Kazanorgsintez PJSC. The department performs electrical installation at industrial facilities, housing and social infrastructure in Kazan, and major infrastructure sites across Russia.

Chemical and oil industry

In 1965, after extensive electrical installation work, the Kazan Chemical Plant began producing polyethylene. That same year, the Tatelektromontazh trust received a second-degree diploma from the VDNH Council for introducing a set of new electrical installation products for chemical enterprises. Later, KMU-2 mastered new electrical installation technologies at TANECO facilities in Nizhnekamsk.

KMU-2 specialists made a tremendous contribution to transport arteries.

Subways: construction of modern stations of the Kazan and Moscow metro.

Aviation: Kazan International Airport, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the terminals.

Urban environment and social facilities

KMU-2 performed electrical installation work at housing and social facilities in Kazan and in Moscow: architectural facade lighting, lighting for residential districts under the “Bright Yard” program, and power supply for the Luzhniki Grand Sports Arena..

Industrial work at aviation enterprises, a gunpowder plant, the Tasma, Elikon plants and a modern metallurgical plant in Vyksa.

K 50-летию управления Президент of the Republic of Tatarstan R. H. Минниханов направил благодарственное письмо в адрес КМУ-2. По итогам 2010 года управление награждено дипломом II степени победителя XV Всероссийского конкурса на лучшую строительную организацию.

Head of Department

Born on November 9, 1983 in Kazan. In 2008, he graduated from Kazan State Power Engineering University with a degree in Electromechanics. He began his career in the company as an electrician, then worked as a construction and installation foreman, site manager, acting chief engineer and chief engineer. He has headed the department since April 2022.

Awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Mayor of Moscow (2018), a Certificate of Honor from JSC TATEM and the honorary badge "Construction Glory".
